Delivery Methodology

The Four-Stage Delivery Protocol.

Every PVOIT infrastructure build follows an exacting linear execution methodology that guarantees technical compliance and avoids job-site bottlenecks.

01
Stage 01

Pre-Construction Audit & Engineering Design

Before breaking ground or stringing cable, our senior project managers perform on-site laser distance measurements, containment fill ratio calculations, link-budget models, and civil right-of-way reviews.

Key Deliverables: Complete CAD pathway layout, optical link loss budget calculation, materials procurement catalog, and risk mitigation schedule.
02
Stage 02

Pathways & Containment Construction

Installation of seismic-rated overhead wire basket trays, yellow fiber raceways, microduct blowing tubes, firestop penetration seals, and measured pull cords meeting strict bend-radius rules.

Key Deliverables: Certified containment routes, UL-listed firestop inspection signoffs, and microduct pneumatic pressure testing.
03
Stage 03

Pneumatic Jetting & Precision Core Fusion

Tension-monitored air-blown fiber installation through subducts followed by cleanroom core-aligned fusion splicing and microscopic connector endface polishing under cleanroom conditions.

Key Deliverables: Cleanroom splice enclosure logs, visual fiber continuity confirmation, and physical rack dressing inspection.
04
Stage 04

Tier 1 & Tier 2 OTDR Certification & Handover

100% bi-directional OTDR trace verification, optical power meter attenuation testing at dual wavelengths, full CAD as-built drawings, and registration for a 25-year manufacturer warranty.

Key Deliverables: Complete compliance dossier, raw .SOR files, asset labeling schedule, and 25-year warranty certificate.
